Pardeep Kandola

Pardeep is an Associate Solicitor in the Residential Property team with a decade worth of property experience. He is known for demystifying legal jargon and dealing with issues in a practical way, handling matters with tact, care and professionalism.

Pardeep is often instructed to act for UK-based clients investing in high value matters, primarily in and around Warwickshire but also where his clients require assistance, whether it be holiday homes near the coast or well-placed investment properties. He also deals with secured lending transactions and granting of or relinquishing easements and quite often, non-standard property matters.

Pardeep graduated from Coventry University with a degree in law with international relations, prior to completing his law conversion (GDL) and the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, Birmingham.
