Verity joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in September 2025 as a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Conveyancing team.
She studied Law (LLB) and completed the Legal Practice Course at De Montfort University, leaving in 2002. Since then, Verity has gained over 23 years of experience in the legal profession. She began her career at Rich & Carr Solicitors, progressing from Paralegal to Associate Solicitor during her 17 years there, before moving to BHW Solicitors where she worked as an Associate Solicitor and later Partner.
Verity specialises in all areas of residential conveyancing, including sales and purchases of registered and unregistered properties, re-mortgages (residential and company), leasehold transactions, new builds, shared ownership, staircasing, equity release and right to buy. She has also previously undertaken work in wills and probate, preparing wills, lasting powers of attorney and probate applications.
Away from the office, Verity enjoys an active lifestyle with her horse and three dogs, alongside running, hiking, and spending time with her rugby-loving family. She is most proud of her children and the balance she maintains between her professional and personal life.
