Our investment in you

We are a firm committed to the training and development of all employees at all levels. We are extremely proud of the number of support staff that we have seen become fee earners over the years and in particular those gaining qualifications through CILEX, CLC and IOP. We provide full support for all staff looking to gain qualifications contributing to course fees, allowing days for study leave and exams with full pay.

We do this because we understand the conflicting priorities when it comes to finances and funding a legal course can be costly. Your development adds value to your position, provides a better service to our clients and improves our business, why wouldn't we support professional development?


Whilst working for us you can expect to receive the following benefits.

To help you in your journey to success we offer exam leave and study leave for those currently working towards a qualification, or on a course the firm have approved.
You will receive 23 days plus bank holidays and awarded one extra day holiday for every 2 years service, up to a maximum of 28 days.
After 13 weeks service you will receive 4 weeks sick pay. After 4 years service you will receive an enhanced package up to a maximum of 8 weeks a year.
Access to our Vitality Health Insurance policy on your two year anniversary.

This is important financial protection for employees and their families, meaning that should the worst happen whilst employed by us, your beneficiaries will receive a lump sum of £50,000.

The Health Cash Plan provides physical, mental and financial support. You will receive a discount on legal services.
