Lauren Jackson

Lauren is currently on maternity leave until July 2025. 

I joined Thomas Flavell & Sons 07 June 2018 and started my career as the Office Junior. I went on to complete my apprenticeship with Thomas Flavell and Sons and received my Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration. I then went on to work as the main receptionist on the front desk, at our Hinckley office. I now support the Conveyancing department with their post completion work, whilst still supporting our reception team.

My main motivation in my role is taking on new responsibilities so that I'm constantly growing as an employee and contributing more to my team and the firm.

Some of my training and accomplishments so far have been achieving Level 2 - Diploma Business Administration, FFA level 1 - First Aid for Mental Health, and Emergency First Aid at Work. I enjoy taking part and organising charitable events and one personal accomplishment of mine was taking part in the 'Pretty Muddy 5k run' for Cancer Research UK, in May 2022 in memory of my loved one.

I am currently in the middle of my first home renovation, so I enjoy getting stuck in with the DIY projects and upcycling old furniture.
