Nicola Starbuck

I qualified as a Solicitor in 2009 and I am a member of Resolution. I have specialised in family law since qualification as it is an area of law that I enjoy. I advise clients in relation to all aspects of family law including divorce, financial settlement, disputes concerning children and nuptial agreements. I advise clients in highly emotive circumstances and am able to balance empathy and support with the need for clear and robust legal advice. My supervisor is Judith Wheeler, a Director and Solicitor of the firm.

Outside of the office, I have two young daughters who keep me on my toes! I enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends.
