Claire joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in December 2025 and is a Paralegal in our Leamington Spa Residential Team. She brings with her a wealth of experience in legal support and customer service, having previously worked with firms including Blakemores Solicitors, Keelers Solicitors, Garner Canning Solicitors, Feldon Dunsmore, Band Hatton Button, and Askews Solicitors. She has also held a role as a Business Banker at Barclays, giving her a well-rounded understanding of client needs.
Claire holds an NVQ in Customer Service and has extensive experience in secretarial work and customer relationship management. Her key strengths include communication, accuracy, and tenacity - qualities she applies every day to ensure clients receive a professional and positive experience. Claire is particularly motivated by helping clients and delivering exceptional service, and she takes pride in completing tasks efficiently and resolving issues to the satisfaction of those she assists.
Outside of work, Claire enjoys socialising, spending time with family and friends, shopping, dining out, walking, reading, and watching a good movie.
