Flexible Pricing

Our retainers are tailored to the size and needs of your business. We offer scalable packages based on headcount, sector, and anticipated usage. Custom packages are available for businesses with specific requirements.

Bronze package – Suited for companies with less than 10 employees

A monthly retainer of £250 plus VAT which includes:

  • Up to one hour of calls/emails each month to discuss, advise and assist on any day-to-day employment queries;
  • A check in every two weeks to establish how you are using the retainer service effectively;
  • Simply a rolling quarterly retainer. 

Silver Package – Suited for companies with 20 plus employees

A monthly retainer of £325 plus VAT which includes:

  • Up to one hour of calls/emails each month to discuss, advise and assist on any day-to-day employment queries;
  • A check in every two weeks to establish how you are using the retainer service effectively;
  • A discount of 10% applied to our hourly rates for drafting specific employment documents required, such as letters, contracts, policies and handbooks;
  • Simply a rolling monthly retainer. 

Gold Package – Suited for companies with 50 plus employees

A monthly retainer of £475 plus VAT which includes:

  • Up to one hour of calls/emails each month to discuss, advise and assist on any day-to-day employment queries;
  • A check in every two weeks to establish how you are using the retainer service effectively;
  • A discount of 15% applied to our hourly rates for drafting specific employment documents required, such as letters, contracts, policies and handbooks;
  • Simply a rolling 6-month retainer. 

Platinum Package – Suited for companies with 100 plus employees

A monthly retainer of £625 plus VAT which includes:

  • Up to one hour of calls/emails each month to discuss, advise and assist on any day-to-day employment queries;
  • A check in every two weeks to establish how you are using the retainer service effectively;
  • A discount of 20% applied to our hourly rates for drafting specific employment documents required, such as letters, contracts, policies and handbooks;
  • Simply a rolling annual retainer. 

All retainers can be paused at any time and time not used can be rolled over to the next month. If you decide to cancel, any time that is banked can be used to either carry out reviews or draft employment documents that you may need. So you can always utilise the money spent on your retainer service either throughout or at the end of your retainer.

The retainer covers day-to-day legal advice, document reviews, legal updates, and access to templates. It also includes regular check-ins and for some packages, discounted rates for additional services.

The service is designed to be flexible and responsive, though it operates on a fair usage basis to ensure consistent support for all clients. We provide an allowance of one hour each month, which can be for one or multiple queries and rolled over from month to month. 

Our retainer is suitable for businesses of all sizes - from start-ups to large enterprises - across all sectors. We tailor the service to your specific needs and workforce size.

Tribunal representation is not included in the standard retainer but advice and assistance is available at a discounted rate for retainer clients.

We begin with an onboarding session to understand your business, review your current documents, and identify any immediate risks or priorities.

We offer flexible terms, including rolling monthly, quarterly or annual contracts. Cancellation terms will be clearly outlined in your client care letter. 

Yes, you’ll have a dedicated employment law advisor who understands your business and acts as your first point of contact.
