Sarah Workman _{F.Inst.Pa, ACILEx}

Having worked in conveyancing since 1999, I joined Thomas Flavell & Sons, Hinckley in 2014. In 2015 I assisted one of the Directors in opening our successful Leamington Spa office and this is where I am now based as a conveyancer. I enjoy all aspects of Conveyancing including transfers of equity, re-mortgages, sales, purchases, new Leases and Lease extensions. I aim to provide an efficient, professional and friendly service whilst putting clients at ease and helping them through what is normally a very stressful time.

I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives and a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals. My supervisor is Jamie Connolly, Director and Solicitor.

Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy making and decorating cakes, cycling, reading and I am a keen amateur photographer.
