Imogen Wright joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in February 2026 as a Client Relationship Executive, bringing with her a calm, friendly approach and a genuine focus on client care. She works closely with clients from the very first point of contact, making sure they feel listened to, supported and well looked after throughout their journey with the firm.
Before joining TFS, Imogen worked as an Estate Planner, a role she held since November 2024. This experience gave her valuable insight into supporting clients through sensitive and sometimes complex situations - always with empathy, clarity and attention to detail.
Imogen has previously been a Member of the Institute of Professional Willwriters (IPW) and holds a BA in Publishing from the University of Derby, which she completed in 2021. Her background means she has a sharp eye for detail, particularly when it comes to proof-reading and written communication - a skill our clients definitely benefit from.
Her main areas of expertise include customer service, administration and proof-reading, and she takes real pride in ensuring every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism. What motivates Imogen most is client satisfaction and helping people feel more confident when navigating difficult or emotional situations - no question too small, no concern brushed aside.
Outside of work, Imogen enjoys teaching herself guitar, getting lost in a good book, and creating craft projects.
