Ellie joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in November 2025 as a Paralegal within our Residential Conveyancing team in Leamington Spa. She brings with her a background rooted in client care and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting people through key milestones in their lives - particularly first-time buyers taking that exciting step onto the property ladder.
Before joining TFS, Ellie began her career in a completely different setting, working in hairdressing after completing her Level 2 Apprenticeship in 2019. Her passion for client service led her to transition into the legal world, starting at Band Hatton Button Solicitors as an Office Junior before progressing to Client Relations Assistant, where she completed her Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification in August 2024. She then spent time at Alsters Kelley Solicitors as a Paralegal before joining the TFS team.
Ellie’s strengths lie in her approachable nature and her commitment to excellent client care. She takes real satisfaction in knowing her work helps clients through one of life’s biggest milestones and loves the variety her role brings each day.
Outside of work, Ellie can often be found cheering on her local ice hockey team, the Coventry Blaze.
