Kati Emery joined the Family Department at Thomas Flavell & Sons in March 2025 as a Paralegal in the Leamington Spa office. With over a decade of experience at Brethertons, she progressed from an apprentice to a Paralegal, gaining valuable expertise in Family Law, including divorce, finances, children matters, and domestic violence cases.
She achieved her CILEx Level 3 Diploma in Law and Practice in May 2023 and is a member of CILEx. Passionate about supporting clients through challenging times, she provides both legal guidance and emotional support.
Outside of work, she enjoys baking and crafts.
