Noel qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and has a broad range of experience in civil litigation disputes.

He has particular expertise in contentious probate claims such as will validity disputes and claims made under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. Noel also deals with proprietary estoppel disputes and claims made for or against personal representatives. He is also a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). His supervisor is Judith Wheeler, Director and Solicitor.
