Noel McNicholas
Associate Solicitor
I qualified as a Solicitor in 2002 and have a broad range of experience in civil litigation disputes.
I have particular expertise in contentious probate claims such as will validity disputes and claims made under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975. I also deal with proprietary estoppel disputes and claims made for or against personal representatives. I am also a full member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). My supervisor is Judith Wheeler, Director and Solicitor.
Away from work I like spending time with my young family and trying to keep fit by playing football.
