Lindsey Connolly

I joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in 2016 as a Practice Manager. I started my career in Law in 2009 when I joined a small firm in Loughborough as an Office Junior. I worked my way up to PA to the Managing Director and soon became the Office Manager. As the firm expanded I became the Practice Manager and managed over 12 branch offices and 150 staff.

Since joining Thomas Flavell & Sons I have achieved my CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources.

I manage HR, Compliance, Business Development, Client Services and Regulatory matters for the firm. I also have experience in Law Firm acquisitions, TUPE, management of LEXCEL, Investors in People and CQS accreditations.

My passion is to assist employees in reaching their own professional goals by facilitating training, providing career paths and allowing them to progress within the firm. I also enjoy bringing in new technology to streamline processes and improve efficiencies within departments.

In 2022 I became the Chair of the Warwickshire Law Society's Practice Management Forum. I am keen to bring Practice Managers together and provider a forum for sharing knowledge, supporting one another and generating new ideas for the workplace.

I have a daughter and step-daughter and spend most of my spare time with the family. I enjoy travelling and attending music events. I am a keen seamstress altering Bridal gowns and dresses in my spare time.
