Chris Stratford

I qualified as a solicitor in 1997 joining Thomas Flavell & Sons in 1999 becoming a Partner in 2001 and Director in 2015 when we became a Limited Company. I practise all aspects of non-contentious property law with a particular emphasis on residential and commercial conveyancing, option agreements and dealing with developers in the acquisitions of sites through to eventual plot sales.

Outside of the office I have three children who ensure my weekends are busy but I still find time to play competitive league tennis and do the odd marathon here and there.
