Kate Deathridge _TEP

Chartered Legal Executive

Kate joined the firm in March 2023 as a Chartered Legal Executive, and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Kate qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2005 at a Leicester firm and began to advise clients on Wills & Probate in 2015. Prior to this Kate specialised in Conveyancing.

Kate assists families to plan for the future by advising on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorneys (LPAs) and Inheritance Tax, and offers a helping hand in the Probate process when dealing with the loss of a loved one.

Kate works part time in the Hinckley office and is supervised by Vijay Singh.
