I started the week a little nervous , however, upon my arrival the team were welcoming and friendly. I was given a tour of the facility and met the team.

These past two weeks with the Private Client team at Thomas Flavell & Sons have provided me with a highly formative experience, deepening my understanding of private client work and building my practical skillset within a legal context.

Having had a keen interest to understand how property law operates, I was eager to gain a practical insight into the work of a conveyancing department.

I had the great opportunity to spend a week undertaking work experience in the residential property conveyancing team. As an aspiring solicitor, this opportunity has allowed me to have first-hand experience of what it’s like to work in a firm.
