Leading the team is Ruby Rai, an accomplished employment solicitor with over 17 years’ experience advising on workplace issues.
Ruby Rai joins TFS as Head of Employment, bringing a wealth of experience across strategic advice, complex settlement agreements, corporate support, and executive exit strategies. Recognised as a Key Lawyer in the Legal 500 in both 2022 and 2026, Ruby is committed to helping clients find practical, forward-looking solutions to workplace challenges.
