Thomas Flavell & Sons is proud to announce that we have been named Small Law Firm of the Year at the prestigious Leicestershire Law Society Awards 2026.
The award recognises firms that demonstrate excellence through innovation, outstanding client care, professionalism, continuous development and a strong commitment to supporting their local community.
The judges highlighted firms that make a genuine difference to both clients and the wider area they serve - values that sit at the very heart of Thomas Flavell & Sons.
This recognition follows an exceptional year of growth and development for TFS. Over the past 12 months, we have expanded the team by more than 30%, launched a brand-new Employment Law department, and continued investing in innovative technology to improve the client experience.
We are delighted to maintain outstanding client satisfaction ratings, including 4.9/5 on Review Solicitors, with more than 1,000 five-star reviews from clients.
Managing Director Jamie Connolly said:
“We are absolutely delighted to win Small Law Firm of the Year. This award is a reflection of the incredible dedication, care and professionalism shown by every member of our team every single day.
While we are proud of our continued growth and investment in innovation, what matters most to us is the difference we make to our clients and communities. To have that recognised by the Leicestershire Law Society is a huge honour.”
Alongside continued business growth, we remain heavily involved in supporting local charities, schools, universities and community initiatives. We encourage our team to volunteer locally, and TFS continues to support projects including local sports teams and regional wellbeing initiatives.
This latest achievement adds to a growing list of accolades for us, including highly commended Conveyancing Team of the Year at the 2026 Modern Law Awards and winning Law Firm of the Year at the Warwickshire Law Society Awards in 2025.
