The Employment Rights Bill Explained: What It Means For Your Business 

This month, we’re excited to introduce Ruby Rai, who recently joined Thomas Flavell & Sons to launch our brand-new Employment Law department.

Ruby is an experienced Employment Law Specialist with a wealth of knowledge supporting both employers and employees, and she’ll be sharing an update on the Employment Rights Bill (ERB).

Ruby will explore the proposed changes to areas such as Unfair Dismissal, Zero Hours Contracts and Flexible Working – and, more importantly, what these mean in practical terms for your business. Her aim is to simplify what’s often a complex topic, helping you feel informed and ready to take proactive steps as these changes develop.

We start at 9am for networking and breakfast provided by Cafe Desa, Ruby will be speaking from 9.30am and we'll round off the session with a further opportunity to network. In addition you'll be able to enjoy more delicious food and ask Will any questions you may have.
