Victoria Smith

With five years’ experience in property law, Victoria joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in September 2025 as a Paralegal, and brings both expertise and enthusiasm to her role in residential conveyancing. Having been promoted from Assistant to Paralegal in just 18 months at her previous firm, she quickly built a reputation for her proactive approach and ability to connect with clients.

Her career highlights include being invited to sit on a national panel during the inaugural Conveyancing Week hosted by the Bold Legal Group – a live webinar broadcast to thousands of conveyancers across the UK, celebrating the vital role they play. She has also worked as a Property Account Manager in a business development capacity, demonstrating her strength in communication and client care.

Victoria holds a Psychology Diploma (2019), which enhances her natural empathy and understanding of others. She is motivated by supporting people through what is often one of the biggest milestones of their lives - buying or selling a home. Her clients value her honesty, transparency and integrity throughout the process.

Outside of work, Victoria has a passion for the outdoors and personal wellbeing. She has completed the Los Angeles Half Marathon, solo hiked several of the Welsh peaks, and enjoys yoga and wellness retreats.
