Jaskiran (Jas) joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in February 2026 and works as a Paralegal within our Private Client team. She brings a strong academic background, having graduated with a first-class law degree in August 2025 and currently pursuing an LLM, with plans to take SQE 1 in January 2027 on her path to qualifying as a solicitor.
Before joining the firm, Jas spent three years as a Customer Services Manager and completed placements with both Knights Solicitors and Defence Legal, gaining hands-on experience in client care and legal practice. Her professional focus is on guiding clients through often emotional and complex situations, ensuring they feel supported and understood throughout the process.
Jas is particularly proud of winning the “Lead and Inspire” programme twice, where she showcased her skills in leadership, collaboration and innovation - including developing an AI prototype app designed to assist fee earners without losing the personal touch.
Outside of work, Jas enjoys swimming, going to the gym, reading thrillers and travelling. She is also looking to join the Leicestershire Junior Lawyers Division to further her professional development.
