Harriet Sutton

I joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in October 2020 and assist Sarah Workman in our Leamington Spa office.

I am currently undertaking the Level 4 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice. I have 7 years of experience of assisting within domestic conveyancing.

Within my role, I enjoy speaking and getting to know our clients from the very beginning of the transaction. I take pride in ensuring they are well looked after at Thomas Flavell & Sons and that they feel comfortable to contact myself or Sarah at any point however big or small their queries may be. Buying / selling a house is a huge change to people lives and this motivates me to make sure our clients feel relaxed and calm throughout the transaction.

In my spare time I like catching up with friends and going to the gym.
