Elle Granger

Elle Granger joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in December 2025 and is based in our Leamington Spa office as a Conveyancing Executive. 

Elle brings over seven years of conveyancing experience to the firm. She began her legal career at BHW Solicitors in 2018, starting as a paralegal before progressing to a Conveyancer, and later spent 18 months working as a Conveyancing Fee Earner at Headleys Solicitors. Prior to moving into law, Elle also worked within the property sector at Haart estate agents, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the moving process from all sides.

Her main area of expertise is conveyancing, and she prides herself on guiding clients through what can often feel like a stressful time with reassurance, efficiency and clear communication. For Elle, the most rewarding part of the role is seeing happy clients collect the keys to their new home, knowing her support has made a real difference to their experience.

Elle is particularly proud of successfully transitioning her career and working her way up within the conveyancing industry - proof that determination really does pay off.

Outside of work, Elle enjoys going to the gym, long walks with her partner, good food, and spending quality time with friends, family and her two stepsons. She’s also usually counting down the days to her next holiday!
