Kitty Duffy

Kitty joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in September 2026 as a Paralegal in the Private Client Department. She supports clients with a range of Private Client matters, with a particular focus on Wills and Probate.

Kitty graduated with a First Class Law Degree in 2025 and successfully passed SQE1 in 2026 whilst completing her Master's Degree in Legal Practice. Her academic achievements reflect her commitment to developing her legal knowledge and progressing her career within the profession.

Prior to joining Thomas Flavell & Sons, Kitty gained practical legal experience as a Legal Assistant at Wright and Lord Solicitors during her undergraduate studies.

Kitty is passionate about Private Client law and the important role it plays in helping people through some of life's most challenging circumstances. She values the opportunity to support clients in planning for the future, protecting their loved ones, and navigating sensitive matters with confidence and care.

One of Kitty's proudest achievements is obtaining a First Class Law Degree and passing SQE1 whilst undertaking her Master's studies, demonstrating her dedication and determination to succeed in the legal profession.

Outside of work, Kitty enjoys watching theatre productions and spending time outdoors hiking and paddleboarding in the Lake District.
