The New Rules at Work: Understanding the Employment Law Changes

The Employment Rights Act 2025 (Act) represents one of the most significant overhauls of UK employment law in decades. Its provisions are being introduced in stages to give employers, workers, and trade unions sufficient time to prepare for the sweeping changes. April 2026 marks the next major implementation phase, introducing enhanced family friendly and sick pay provisions.

Ruby Rai will be discussing these changes, the likely effects and what both employers and employees need to be aware of.
