We'd love to invite you to our next Wednesday Breakfast Networking event on Wednesday 12th March from 9am - 10.30am at Understated Coffee, 6 Castle St, Hinckley LE10 1DB.

Helping Gen-Z Get On The Property Ladder

Buying a first home can feel like trying to solve a puzzle with half the pieces missing – especially for Gen-Z. Rising prices, deposits that feel impossible, and lots of mixed messages can make the whole process overwhelming. Patrick Weightman, Mortgage & Protection Broker at TMG Direct looks at the practical ways Gen-Z buyers can get started, the options worth knowing about, and how a bit of forward planning and the right support can make getting on the property ladder feel far more achievable than it first appears.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast

This month we are switching it up a bit, and inviting you to join us for a delicious filled breakfast croissant, bagel or sourdough bun and your selection of hot drink, simply make your choice when you book your ticket.

Join us at 9am for networking and breakfast, Patrick will be speaking from 9.30am and we'll round off the session with a further opportunity to network before we close at 10.30am.

We are introducing a small charge of £5 per ticket for the event, which will be donated to our chosen charity for this year Edgar's Gift.
