Review the employment law landscape for 2026 in the light of the new employment rights bill.
With the Employment Rights Bill having now progressed to law, businesses and people in HR can now look to review their procedures and consider the implications for them.
This session will also review the most recent case law and other developments which are relevant for all employers, especially smaller businesses who may not have a full-time HR function.
The event will be facilitated by Phil Ingle from Coventry and Warwickshire CIPD, and feature expert advice from our Head of Employment Ruby Rai.
