Alisha joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in January 2026 and is a Paralegal in our Private Client team, based in the Leamington Spa office. She supports clients with a range of private client matters including Wills, Probate and Lasting Power of Attorney. She is known for her calm, approachable manner and genuine care for the people she works with.
Alisha completed her law degree in 2022 and brings with her valuable experience from previous roles within the legal sector. Before joining TFS, she worked as a Personal Assistant at a law firm in Stratford-upon-Avon, where she gained insight into day-to-day legal practice, alongside experience in sales for a local housebuilder. This combination has given her strong organisational skills and a real understanding of client service.
What Alisha enjoys most about her role is meeting new people and the variety that no two days ever look the same. She is naturally empathetic and takes pride in listening carefully to clients, helping them feel supported and at ease while working through often sensitive matters.
Outside of work, Alisha enjoys keeping active at the gym, travelling, and getting lost in a good book.
