Sarah-Jane joined Thomas Flavell & Sons in November 2025 as a Client Relationship Executive within our Private Client team in Hinckley.
With over eleven years of experience in law firms including Garner Canning, Fishers, Brindley Twist Tafft & James, Rutherfords and Pickerings, Sarah-Jane brings a wealth of knowledge and a calm, client-focused approach. Having spent most of her career supporting Private Client teams as a Legal Secretary, she understands the importance of clear communication, empathy, and building lasting relationships with clients.
At Thomas Flavell & Sons, Sarah-Jane is often the first friendly voice clients speak to. She takes pride in understanding their needs and being a reliable point of contact throughout their journey, while also providing essential support to our solicitors and fee earners.
Outside of work, Sarah-Jane enjoys spending time with her daughter, partner and their dog. She loves socialising with friends, travelling, and expressing her creativity through drawing, painting, and other forms of artwork.
