Most of our clients and staff are understandably nervous about the effects of the Coronavirus on our daily lives. Our desire is to continue providing a great service to our clients but of course we also have the responsibly of keeping our clients and our employees safe.

With that in mind, and following Government advice, we have taken the decision to close our offices to the public to ensure the wellbeing and safety of our staff and clients. Our staff will continue to work behind closed doors and in most cases from home.

  • Our offices are now closed with most staff working remotely. Arrangements are in place for incoming post to opened and distributed electronically to relevant staff.
  • All incoming calls to our main switchboard numbers are now being routed externally to our admin staff who will take a message. If possible, please use the direct dial number or email address for the person that you are trying to contact.
  • Except in the case of emergencies we will not be conducting face-to-face meetings. Please use the letterbox at each of our branches if you need to drop papers off at our offices.
  • We will happily advise you on a case-by-case basis on any specific contractual provisions which may need to be included into sale and purchase contracts to mitigate risks which may be caused by health or resource issues arising from the virus.

We will be reviewing the policy on a daily basis and thank you for you understanding during this unprecedented period.
