Claire Davies

Claire Davies joined TFS in June 2025 as a Conveyancing Paralegal in the Residential Property department. She brings with her several years of experience in both residential and commercial property matters, having previously worked at Wright Hassall, where she progressed from Paralegal to Senior Paralegal (Fee Earner), and at Flint Bishop LLP as a Commercial Property Paralegal.

Claire holds a Law Degree from the University of Kent, graduating with an upper second-class honours (2:1) in 2020. Her main area of expertise is residential conveyancing, and she is particularly passionate about supporting clients through what is often one of the most stressful experiences in life - buying or selling a home. Claire prides herself on providing organised, calm, and informed support to help make the process as smooth as possible.

During her time at Wright Hassall, Claire was awarded the firm’s prestigious ‘Epic Award’ for going above and beyond in her client work and consistently meeting performance targets - an achievement that reflects her dedication and client-focused approach.

Outside of work, Claire enjoys reading, going to the gym, and spending time with her partner, stepchildren, and their beloved guinea pigs.
