SCAM ALERT - EMAILS PURPORTING TO BE FROM CHARLOTTE MOORE

Correspondences were made by an individual purporting to be Charlotte Moore at Thomas Flavell & Sons on 14.12.2022.

The correspondence is an email claiming to be from Charlotte Moore at Thomas Flavell & Sons prompting the recipient to click on a Drop Box link.

The emails were sent using the email domain of thomasflavellandsons@outlook.com and thomasflavellandsons@hotmail.com. The emails falsely claimed to be from Charlotte Moore.

Any business or transactions through the email domain of 'thomasflavellandsons@outlook.com’ or 'thomasflavellandsons@hotmail.com' is not undertaken by Thomas Flavell & Sons Solicitors.

Charlotte Moore is a genuine individual at the firm, and uses the domain ‘charlotte.moore@thomasflavell.co.uk’.

The correspondence is coming from an external source and our systems have not been compromised.
