Thomas Flavell & Sons are proud to be Sponsoring the live feed at this year’s local UKNS England’s Strongest Man & Woman.

The Men’s competition will take place on the 28th of January and the Women’s will be on the 4th of February 2024. They will both take place at the Nuneaton Academy and both are being hosted by AL Fitness.

UKNS is a Natural (“Natty”) Strongman Federation (website is https://www.uknaturalstrongman.com/) that was created to provide more opportunities for natural lifters to compete. Their goal is to increase participation and provide fair, drug-free and well-run competitions.

There are not many drug-tested federations in the sport of Strongman/Strongwomen and the UKNS was therefore created in 2022. Athletes who choose to compete have to pay for a license which they must have before they compete and the cost of the licenses goes towards the testing for drugs.

Last year they did qualifiers/regionals and last qualifier opportunities but this year it’s bigger as there are no qualifying events or regionals and therefore the top 6 of each category (for England) will automatically qualify for the finals which will be held in Ireland in June 2024.

This will be the only route for English athletes to get to the UKNS UKs Strongest.

There will also be competitions for Wales, Ireland & Scotland. All top qualifying athletes will then battle it out in June.

TFS are sponsoring the live feed so it is crucial people subscribe to the AL Fitness YouTube channel, even if you do not want to watch it, just by subscribing this allows us to reach as many people as possible, which means it is more accessible. You can subscribe using this link:

I will be a guest commentator on the Men’s Day but will be competing in the Women’s Masters on the 4th of February.

I am proud to work for a Company that is so supportive of their staff.
