Lauren Payne

Licensed Conveyancer

I have worked in Residential Conveyancing since 2005 in law firms in varying parts of the country and joined the Leamington Spa branch of Thomas Flavell in January 2020 and qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2021. My supervisor is Sarah Workman, Conveyancing Manager.

Within these years of experience I have undertaken a range of property matters and I now currently deal with all areas of Residential Conveyancing including Sales, Purchases, Freehold, Leasehold, Re-mortgages and Transfer of Equity transactions.

When I’m not working I enjoy dog walks with my family, trying to stay active by going to the gym and travelling.
