I qualified as a solicitor in 1996, joining Thomas Flavell & Sons in 2019. Since qualification, I have worked exclusively in Family law and have developed an excellent reputation which goes beyond the local area.I have a wealth of experience and knowledge in all aspects of family matters whether that be as a result of a marriage, civil partnership or co-habitation breakdown.
I enjoy the challenges faced in resolving children and financial matters and have acted successfully, in a wide range of complex matters.I understand that this is likely to be a troubling time in your life and that your instructions will be unique. That is why,I will allow you time to give instructions, discuss those with you, narrow the issues, provide you with all the options and proceed on an agreed way forward. Of course, your instructions may change as your matter progresses and I am always approachable to discuss your case.
As an accredited member of Resolution I will always try and negotiate a settlement, recognising that this is not only cost effective, but also gives many client's satisfaction that a favourable result has been achieved.Of course, there are some cases which have to be referred to the court. I am equally comfortable in dealing with those matters and will ensure that you are fully aware of the stages of the court process; including what you can expect to happen whilst you are at court.
I also act for clients who may require documents drafting, such as Pre-nuptial agreements, Post – nuptial agreements, Co-habitation agreements ,Change of Name deeds (adults and Children) and Affidavits to Marry abroad. Please contact me on 01455 610747 or firstname.lastname@example.org
